Dark & heavy ambient waves that will take you on a journey similar to Dave's in '2001.' COLD CAVE fans may notice that this is in the experimental section. The reason for that is that you won't find any COLD CAVE dark wave beats here, this is strictly an ambient collection. Conversely, PRURIENT fans will be surprised what a pleasant listen this is. We're not sure how long these will be around so you probably shouldn't wait on it. RECOMMENDED.

Prurient is another Providence-based sound artist doing low toned rumble jammed up against cassette culture screech. Live shows are a blur of power and volume. Yes the cream of the noise crop. No Fun
Christ almighty! This disc starts off with some brutal, brutal noise. Seriously. Make sure the volume is turned down lest you blow your speakers, your ears, or your brain. The pictures of waterfalls in the booklet are a nice complement to the music, because those first tracks are what it must feel like right before you tumble over a waterfall, certain death imminent. The latter half of the disc, though, is much calmer, perhaps the sound of your mangled corpse floating downstream, only to be discovered by some passerby.
