Reckless Records is a group of three record stores in Chicago IL. We carry new & used CDs, DVDs games and loads of Vinyl. Originally started in London, our first Chicago location opened in 1989. (LPs & 7"s). We would love to have you visit us in person. We are always looking to buy your unwanted CDs, DVDs, and vinyl. Please get in touch if you are interested in selling your collections. We buy at all locations every day up to an hour before closing time.

Honestly, her music is kind of hard to pin down: it's not really dance music & it's pretty infectious though not likely enough to reach mainstream audiences. There's some heavy vocal manipulation that at times will remind you of KRAFTWERK & other times some future music from your imagination. Imagine a mix of early Bjork, M.I.A., Robyn, Glass Candy & Kate Bush. GRIMES a.k.a. Clair Boucher has managed to create a truly digital & futuristic sounding record without sounding too gimmicky.
