About Us:
Reckless Records is a group of three record stores in Chicago IL. We carry new & used CDs, DVDs games and loads of Vinyl. Originally started in London, our first Chicago location opened in 1989. (LPs & 7"s). We would love to have you visit us in person. We are always looking to buy your unwanted CDs, DVDs, and vinyl. Please get in touch if you are interested in selling your collections. We buy at all locations every day up to an hour before closing time.

Julia Shapiro is a member of the great CHASTITY BELT & the Seattle native also makes some heavy post-grunge/shoegaze. Her excellently titled 2021 album "Zorked" is mostly slow to mid tempo with some heavy songs that remind us SMASHING PUMPKINS or HUM while the more mellow songs sound like a shoegaze take on CHASTITY BELT.
