British edition 2 CD digitally remastered with restored artwork & lyric sheet. Truly monumental album in the discography of The Clash. A 4-side album, more great tunes than I can list. There's a bit of a departure from the 'punk' sounds often associated with the group. Legend says many marijuanas were smoked during the making of this record. But don't let that deter you. This is a truly great album.

Wonderful debut full length from Liverpool's Clinic. While buried more in the traditional early innovators such as SUICIDE & SILVER APPLES, here they mix & apply a slew of other influences to make a great pop mix of the VELVET UNDERGROUND, early 80 new wave, oddly simply and refreshingly loose samples and drum beats, a loose PIXIES feel at times and then an organ backed 60's hammond-psych pop; A masterpiece that at times sounds like BROADCAST if they were a little happier.

Here's what we had to say about this CLASSIC in 2006 when it was first released on CD. THIS IS THE FIRST VINYL RELEASE. YES! FINALLY. Originally with a release date of December 16th, 2003 (!), Virginia's CLIPSE have finally returned with their third album (their inital debut was shelved and never released), Hell Hath No Fury. The hype has been large on this record, & even though a good amount of it seems like journalists hopping on the CLIPSE bandwagon so they're not left out, the praise is due. The NEPTUNES bring their A- game throughout this record, but the real focus should be on MALICE and PUSHA T's lyrics. Eager to revert hip hop back to the days when it was only the MC and the DJ, the CLIPSE have come real close. There's minimal guest action on Hell Hath, but when friends show up, it's strictly RE-UP GANG family. The CLIPSE have finally made their way though music industry bullshit and the wait was worth it. HIGHEST RECOMENDATION EVER. BUY THIS NOW. NOW!!!

2014 reissue of this modern classic! Initially issued in 2002, this is technically CLIPSE's second album, after their unreleased first LP got shelved. This is the album that helped break THE NEPTUNES (who produced this entire album) alongside PUSHA T & MALICE, who are about as nice on the mic as you can get on "Lord Willin'." This album is dope front to back & one of our favorite albums of the past 20 years. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
